This event is for the touring enthusiasts!
Brave skiers and boarders will put their long-term endurance to the test to see who can ascend the most vertical meters during Arctic Weekend?
The woman and man with the most verts will be awarded equally.
Remember this isn't just about endurance; it's also about strategy and a bit of daring spirit!
Route / Rules: Start point is at Arctic Weekend village. The route goes up next to Ruka park and to the top of gondola station. Once at the top, contenders must do a switch to descent mode and ride down. Do this as many times as possible during the weekend and you might be the winner in Master of Vert!

Get ready for the Arctic Weekend touring race! It's going to be an exciting time with heart rates high and legs working hard!
Details: Start point is at Arctic Weekend village. The route goes up next to Ruka park. Once at the top, contenders must do a switch to descent mode and ride down slope number 13 back to Arctic Weekend village.
Rules:
Racers will start together in both disciplines. Climb up the marked trail, switch to descent gear at the top, and then ride down.

PICNIC PARTY

Join us for an epic Picnic Table jib session
hosted by O.ME talent Toni Kerkelä.
Whether you're a pro or a beginner, in this session you can let your creativity flow while the cheers of the crowd will echo in Ruka Ski Resort. Best tricks will be awarded and most of all everyone joining will be supported!
